拉法基集团Zement已于今日正式通知德国竞争管理局(Bundeskartellamt.）罚款8600万欧元，参加德国的反竞争实践。
拉法基认为罚款数额不成比例，将把案件提交给更高的地区法院(Oberlandesgericht在杜塞尔多夫。
拉法基重申，在2002财政年度已经提供了3亿欧元的拨款，用于支付欧盟委员会针对其在欧洲的石膏业务的决定(拉法基已就此提起上诉)，以及与德国竞争管理局对德国水泥行业调查相关的风险。
