Lafarge公司和Titan公司今天宣布，双方各占50%股权的合资公司Lafarge Titan Egyptian Investments Limited (LTEIL)已同意从Lafarge公司购买Alexandria Development Limited (ADL) 100%的股份。ADL是一家金融控股公司，拥有88,45%的亚历山大波特兰水泥公司(APCC)的股份。
ADL股票的价格对应的平均价格614 137 "股票属于ADL的每股21.64埃及磅(4.78欧元),包括“股票买了诽谤联盟通过公开招标在开罗证券交易所的价格每股30埃及磅(6.63欧元)。
拉法基参与APCC是通过收购Blue Circle(2001年7月)获得的。APCC位于亚历山大市的一家工厂年生产能力为200万吨。
拉法基和Titan自1999年以来一直在埃及合作，通过拥有Beni Suef水泥公司(BSCC) 95%股份的LTEIL。BSCC工厂位于开罗以南120公里处，目前的生产能力为150万吨。我们已经与FCB签订了一份合同，要将这一产能增加一倍。
